A: I offer two distinct keynotes. One is ‘F’ Words at Work, which inspires attendees to see failure as a gift, teaching them how to embrace failure, champion it at work as a learning tool, and overcome perfectionism. My other keynote is called ‘The Empathetic Leader’ and it teaches attendees how to pour into their own cups first, so that they can give to their teams, organizations, families, and communities. It’s all about self-love, empathy, and finding peace through self-care.

Yes! Both of my keynotes can be delivered virtually over Zoom and in person. Sometimes partners will livestream keynotes that I deliver live in person, so the audience is attending from both formats.

I serve events that were designed to invest in employee development. Some events are professional conferences or association-wide programs that are intended to connect professionals, offer development opportunities, and create a buzz. Other events are internal company programs like All-Hands meetings, leadership retreats, professional development seminars, employee resource group events, or professional development days.
